Mewant® has very strict rules to select materials. Genuine leather must be the top layer from cattle, synthetic suede would always select the soft and thickness with 1.4mm, artificial leather also be thickness with 1.4mm, durable more than 24 months.

We measure every detail accurately according to the different designs of the original car. ( Rubber steering wheel, shift paddles, the gap of spoke, etc)， MEWANT have his own Professional teams to do products research and development, and the teams collect the original car steering wheels and study the cars from all over the world. With the latest high-tech, accurately measure of every detail, MEWANT creates the templates on the original cars, so our products will not loose or slip after long time use. Different materials, various thread colors and unique design for customers' personalized customization.
We have our own R&D Team, doing rearch for the designs, adjust unfit template according customer's requests, for now, we have over 50 different designs, and each design could change to another different design. 2D design and 3D designs, 3D design is easier to install than simple 2D designs, each cut is special and beautiful. Every period time, our team will have new design coming. We also welcome customers to advise the design ideas!
There are the steps how our wraps produced.
Step 1: Cutting. Some companies claims that they cut the material by professional stuffs, but we cut the material and strict machine, man could make mistakes, but machine will never, that is why we will use machine to cut the material, as we have a lot of orders every day, only machine could handle so many orders.
Step 2: Perforation. Some customers need perforated leather, so we need to make the perforated leather, also by machine, every little hole are the same size, perfection.
Step 3: Thinning. At the spoke areas, the leather need to be thinned, so it could be stuff in the spoke.
Step 4: Sewing. Professional stuffs sew the thread on the cover according to customers' request, some orders are red, some black, some white.
Step 5: Examining. We will examine the cover carefully before deliver, label each cover with "F" and "B" and the special label with customer's name on it. "F" means front side, and "B" means back side of the cover, so customer easily put the cover on the steering wheel.
Step 6: Packing. Carefully packed each parcel after examination.
Step 7: Delivery. All parcels are well packed, and ready for different delivery company to get the parcels.
